Lisa Tai, Chief Executive

Lisa Tai is the Chief Executive Officer of Ronald McDonald House New Zealand and leads the Executive Leadership Team to deliver on our mission and support whānau nationwide.

With a strong career built in senior leadership roles across the health, community services and impact-driven sectors, Lisa brings deep experience working at the intersection of strategy, service delivery and system-level change focused on strengthening outcomes for families and communities.

Lisa brings strong governance experience and understanding of the challenges faced by families navigating the health system, Lisa is committed to building strong foundations for Ronald McDonald House NZ at a time of growing and changing need.
